1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and rugi88 ("rugi88", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the rugi88 website located at https://rugi88.cam and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits (where applicable) held in a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
3. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by rugi88 for breach of these Terms.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party in relation to your Account or any wagers placed.
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of a rugi88 employee involved in the operation of the Platform.
6. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

rugi88 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Malaysia are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gambling is permitted under Malaysian law, including but not limited to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953.

4Registration & KYC Verification

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. rugi88 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any associated balances.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to notify rugi88 promptly of any changes to this information.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time at rugi88's discretion for anti-fraud or regulatory compliance purposes, you may be required to complete our KYC verification process. Documents typically required include:

• A valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the past three months);
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document;
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your FPX account or e-wallet where required).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until verification is complete. rugi88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of satisfactory KYC.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify rugi88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. rugi88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their Account credentials.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

rugi88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via FPX, DuitNow, and most local bank integrations are typically credited to your Account within minutes of transaction confirmation. rugi88 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or transfers from third-party accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. Prior to any withdrawal, the full KYC process must be completed to the satisfaction of rugi88. Processing times vary by payment method and typically range from within 24 hours for e-wallet methods to 1–3 business days for bank transfers.

5.4 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. rugi88 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

6Bonuses & Promotions

rugi88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and wagering requirements that are published at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are distinct from Real Money Funds and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for bonus credits is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• rugi88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to bonus arbitrage and multi-accounting, will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the rugi88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rugi88 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend confirmed bets except where required by the applicable product rules (e.g., a sporting event is cancelled or abandoned).
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of rugi88's trading team is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sportsbook markets and table games. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be amended by rugi88 at any time.
• rugi88 reserves the right to limit, void, or decline bets at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons, particularly where betting patterns suggest arbitrage, collusion, or exploitation of pricing errors.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering or using an Account for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access the Platform or place bets;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to circumvent geo-restrictions or Platform security measures;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means, or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward rugi88 staff or other platform users.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of rugi88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rugi88.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rugi88 excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise — for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind;
• Platform unavailability, interruptions, delays, or errors caused by circumstances beyond rugi88's reasonable control, including technical failures, maintenance, cyber-attacks, or events of force majeure;
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information or odds published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, rugi88's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

rugi88 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13Account Termination

13.2 Termination by rugi88

rugi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• The Player fails to complete satisfactory KYC verification;
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected on the Account;
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• rugi88 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the direction of a competent authority.

Upon Account closure due to breach of these Terms, rugi88 may forfeit any remaining Balance, including Real Money Funds, to the extent permitted by our regulatory obligations.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rugi88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction.

If a resolution is not reached through internal review, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
